Hello! I have post up my group's answer for EA tutorial 4 here in case you want it...XD

What was the group’s planning process?
· Explore the materials.
· Plan how to build the bridge by drawing.
· Secure the base.
· Add in detail e.g. tracks, cars, lamp posts.

What would be your teaching objectives in this activity?
Children will be able to:
· Use their creativity to design the bridge.
· Display team work
· Learn science facts: Need a secure base
· Plan out their design.
· Thinking of solutions to solve problem.

What would be the children’s learning points/discovery areas?
· Creative use of different materials
· Relate their daily observations to their creation
· Enhance thinking skills.
· Learn how to mix colours

List of open-ended questions?
· What do you think you can do with the materials?
· How do you secure the base?
· Why did you decide to design your bridge in this way?
· Can you suggest other ways to build a bridge?
· What else can you do to make your bridge more attractive?

Follow-up activities
· Field trip to observe different kinds of bridges.
· Children can learn about road safety. Go to road safety park.

Class Outing

Hey people....for our outing, we book chalet lahs? our vacation is around 27 august to 14 october.... then can go cycling, bbq and volleyball and other activities...

can mah?? I would suggest Aloha Loyang as it is bigger than Down Town East Chalet and Costa Sand Chalet. how about that?

yupyup.. cost of booking 3 days 2 nights should be $340... if each person is willing to pay $25, we would have around $210 left for food...

Please confirm with me soon. Will 1st october be okay? it will be 3 day 2 nights...

All 1B02's! Here are some announcements again. As MODULE REP [ROAR!!] for FNENG and ITA1, there are a few things that everyone has to take note of.
Firstly, PLEASE CHECK UP MEL FOR FNENG'S NOTES.
It is titled:: Week 7: Essay Writing (1).
Secondly, the ITA1 excel project assignment is due on the 8th June 2007. All those who have not done anything, please hurry!! time is not on our side! Just to imform you guys too. PLAY PROJECT IS DUE ON TH 6TH JUNE RIGHT?

Weihan here again. I have linked some of us already. The whole blog is near completion already.
Now for some serious work, as for tomorrow, we have Functional English remember?
DO BRING YOUR LAPTOPS and please checkout the MEL for download and print the notes. It is the one on Emailing.

For Tuesday's stuff, HAVE FUN doing your attachment. As for ITA, don't forget to do the 10 computer hardware devices and classify them into input, output, communication, etc...
If i am not wrong, teacher said that we can put it into powerpoint. so, maybe we should bring our laptops?
